DONT BUY A CAR FROM WEBUYCARS - AFTERSALES SERVICE IS PATHETIC

It has been another week now that my vehicle has been standing. In total this would be week 5 that I am without a vehicle after only owning the vehicle for 4 weeks when it broke down. I have reached out on Hello peter and all I recieved was an automated response from Webuycars ??????? Does Webuycars not value their customers???? Customers are only good enough when they purchase a car. However, once that deal is done you will struggle to get any aftersales service from Webuycars . I have reached out to the sales manager and its been a week and no response from him .

I HAVE TO PAY FREINDS AND FAMILY TO TAKE MY KIDS TO SCHOOL AND TO GET MYSELF TO WORK !!!!! - this is an extra expense ontop my monthly installments that I pay for my car .

The repair workshop is unable to log a warranty claim to repair my vehicle due to Webuycars not paying the warranty company - When I bought the vehicle I was told that my warranty is active . Because of Webuycars I am stranded without a car and they dont seem to care as they have received there money for the car already.

I have recieved no feedback from anyone in senior position at WEBUYCARS. to get hold of anyone senior to assist you is a nightmare .

DONT BUY A CAR FROM WEBUYCARS !!!!!!! BELIEVE ME YOU WILL REGRET IT !!!

and even with this review no one will get back to me to assist in solving my problem.

I will keep on posting on all platforms up until my problem is solved !!!

All the things that went wrong with this deal was due to WEBUYCARS and the only person that is suffering is myself and my family. WEBUYCARS has no urgency to sort my matter out .

I have sold my existing car to purchase a new car from webuycars - I should of never done that I would of not been in this situation
