Don't buy a car from We Buy Cars
Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Midstream and two weeks later they still cant provide the registration documents nor the spare key.
No one is prepared to even respond to the query any more.

09 Jun 2023, 17:06On 29 May we advised WBC that the A/C was defective, they ask me to get a quote for the repair. I provided same on 30 May and the 'expert' warranted that this was an old failure which was masked by filling the gas up. I requested that they either pay for the repair or return my money.
On 1 June they finally provide the registration papers but no response or follow up from customer care. The documents were dated 30 May, the day after I made the demand.
Today 9 June still no further resolution.
WBC relies on a Dekra report at the time of the sale but the report is hugely defective. Says the suspension is damaged but they provided me with a warrant. it says the rear tyres have 0 tread but they are brand new. Says the A/C is working "very good" but the compressor had seized.
May the buyer beware!
