Dont believe webuycars DEKRA reports

saterday i bought a car on finance with webuy cars in brackenfell

i was looking at a audi a1 but the problem was that the car was a class b and can not be financed

and because im in a hurry i asked the sales person what cars will be ready to go without any problem

He told me the car with the tick on the DEKA sticker means its roadworthy and there is nothing wrong with the car.

so after a long walk in there warehouse full of cars i came across a white ford echo sport 1.5 diesel with the tick on the DEKA sticker took it for the test drive and she was puring like a kitten

so i decided to do the finance on the Echo sport

So yesterday morning i saw the engin guard plate beneath the car is lose so i didnt think mutch of it so i got under the car to tighten the plate to the car and here i got the suprise of the year

The car was leaking oil on to this plate so it was impossible to see that the car was leaking oil by webuy cars

Now here is were my problem comes in i bought the car for work and thats why i took a car with the tick so i wont have problems and i cant be with out it

soooooo yesterday contacted the sales person that helped me and lost my **** why the oil leak wasnt on the DEKA report and he put me through to the sales manager

The sales manager contacted me and asked me if i can take the car to some registerd company mechanic to get a quote on how much it will be to fix RED FLAG number 1

I told the manager because im only driving the car now for 4 days i dont see that as my responsibility so i will be with them yesterday and we can sit and talk

keep in mind i told the sales person im in hurry i cant sit without the car

got to webuy cars meet the sales manager and he keeps saying that its mechanical stuff happens they have to send in the car to get fixed and he wont be able to tell me when my car will be fixed RED FLAG number 2

He told me the car went through not one but to DEKRA report stations and both of them deemed the car roadworthy are you serious.

Now they took my car yesterday to get it fixed with no ETA when it will be fixed i cant work no transport

So my question is the following what else is wrong with the car thats not on the DEKRA report

secondly i asked them what car does not have problems within my budget to prevent something like this and here i am

the sales manager is hammering on terms and conditions but if i new about the oil leak i would have never got the car on finance

NEVER So without a choice given to me to replace the car

i had to let them take the car to get it fixed yesterday afternoon

it 10 AM now and still no feed back dont know what to do with this situation any advice will be appreciated
