Don't believe that Gold Sticker Rating!

I bought a Gold rated car from WeBuyCars at Silver Lakes. The Dekra had also rated the suspension and axles as being in very good condition. Only to find a few days later that the shocks are worn and leaking, this was picked up by Bosch.

I logged a concern and was promised multiple times that it would be addressed, sent whatsapp messages of the escalation. I'm sitting with a car that I can't drive for almost a week now and there's no urgency in resolving this issue.
