Don’t act with integrity and they’re *********

We buy cars Polokwane, worst experience. And not even enjoying the car. The only thing they’re good at is telling you how they’ll get back to you and never do. When you call they don’t answer your calls, emails or messages. Dishonest people. Collected the car on the 12th of September, told the sales rep that the car is making noise when applying the brakes and he says the car is from service. He says it’s just dust between the disk and pads and the he told me the tyres are still fine and don’t need to be replaced but to my surprise cause I collected the car late in the evening as it was dark the following day the front tyres are not in good condition as he had said . I called him almost the entire day and sent messages not being able to reach him till I went to the branch. I was told to log the complaint on their website which was just a waste of time they’re just dragging their feet and the FnI lady is busy calling me telling me they way she sent a link of a document that I must sign that according to her I missed to sign on the day I collected the car and she tells me if I don’t sign it it can get to them confiscating the vehicle. But to my surprise I have a copy of the same doc with me that shows I have signed. The only time you can be able to get hold of them is when they want something from you. I’ve have never come across people who don’t act with integrity like those. Worst experience ever
