DO NOT DEAL WITH LOYD AT THE BRACKENFELL BRANCH HE IS TOTALLY USELESS.

I contacted him at 9am this morning as I wanted to puchase a cheap Citroen C2 that I saw online. He said that he would get back to me. By lunch time, I contacted him again, he said that he was running around but would get back to me shortly, which he never did. By 2pm I managed to contact Brandon who actually assisted me and sent me the docs to complete. By 3pm, I had emailed everything back to him, he then said that the system was down and at 4:30, he got back to me and said that the car had been sold to someone else in the interim. A very bitter experience.
