Do not trust Webuycars

I bought a 2021 Ford Ranger Wildtrak two weeks ago. After purchase I took it for a check to a Ford dealer. The vehicle was subsequently found to have been in a very serious accident, chassis was very poorly welded, engine mountings where bent etc. The mechanic’s said there is too much wrong with the vehicle, and that they would need about a week to strip and reassemble the vehicle just to find all the faults. The dekra report indicated no faults on the vehicle except for tyres that were worn which I replaced.

I reported this to Webuycars whereby they handled the matter very sluggishly until I got my attorney to write them a letter. They then picked up the vehicle on 6/10/2023 and agreed to refund me for financial damages incurred and for replacing the tyres. Since then I have received no communication from them. Each time I call they promise to call me back which they never do. I am utterly disgusted with there service. I hope to get this matter resolved promptly.
