Do not TRUST them!

An update on our car purchase from We buy Cars. After our terrible experience with purchasing the car, we found out once we got home that the back doors don't stay open and the front electric window doesn't close properly. After nearly a month of emailing our assigned customer agent, our claim to fix these was rejected as it is not 'mechanical'. According to our Platinum Dekra report, both back doors and wind were in great condition. I then found out that the Dekra reports assigned from We Buy Cars aren't always in accordance with the actual Dekra organizations. In turns out that the Dekra agents at We buy cars are actually their own employees. According to an actual Dekra agent in George, he has had a lot of conflicts with the Dekra reports issued by we buy cars, so be careful with your purchase and avoid them if you can.
