Do not trust their adverts or Dekra reports

I bought a vehicle via their online auction (E4B106353) - category A - advertised with full service history and a DEKRA report listing only one roadworthy relevant issue (broken shock mounting).

I struggled repeatedly with the salesman to give accurate information on timelines and delivery - I eventually received the vehicle and dropped it off to fix the mentioned issue.

I now have over R20,000 bill to fix the various roadworthy relevant issues. (the vehicle has done less than 100km since the Dekra report)

1.) Leaking oil - visibly! (report clearly states no visible leaks, driveway says otherwise). 2.) Leaking coolant - visibly - and severely overfilled! (report says coolant normal, and level normal - needs an entire new waterpump). 3.) Breaks need replacement, both discs and pads. (report says breaks are fine) 3.) Entire suspension needs replacement to be roadworthy.

Furthermore, the vehicle was CLEARLY listed with a full service history, which again - it doesn't have - it only has a partial service history. Do not trust WeBuyCars ZA listings, and do not trust the DEKRAreports given with their vehicles.

I also am struggling to get the vehicle registration documents, after receiving the vehicle and noting their absence, I once again contacted the sales person - who said they'd be sent down separately because they first have to register the vehicle in their name AFTER I bought - to me this is borderline ***** selling and transporting a vehicle to me that you don't actually own.

The documents apparently arrived at the Montague branch last week Thursday - again, after the salesman said 3 working days from the PREVIOUS Thursday (i.e. Tuesday - I had to contact him AGAIN to query their status) - but when I went by to collect they couldn't find them.

I now called the call centre to confirm the documents are actually there and that I can collect - but - once again, after 10minutes - no one can tell me. I'm not going to the branch again without confirmation they actually have the documents, I'm almost ready to head to the local police station and opening a case of *****.

You've sold me a vehicle, I've paid for delivery - and have no documents to transfer into my name. Something you state specifically must be done 21 days after the auction - which is long gone, and I have no documents?!

Please also note - you can remove ALL my details - against better judgement I used you, and most certainly won't again. I specifically crossed out consent to further marketing - something you also ignored.
