We bought a Ford Tourneo from their Germiston branch in 2022. After 2 days of having the car, the problems started. The countless number of problems we had with the car cost us in excess of over 150k and in the end we just decided to give the car back to the bank, because out of the 2 years of having the car, we drove it for a total of 5 months. We took the matter to the Ombudsman, but that was also a big waste of time, We Buy Cars were given a deadline for response and only responded long after the deadline and did not even respond to the facts of my case and gave no evidence, yet the ombudsman then said the case was closed.
Even if they were the last company on earth that sold cars, I would rather walk than buy anything from them.
