DO NOT BUY CARS FROM WE BUY CARS!!!!

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A 1 STAR RATING!

I recently traded in my car and purchased a new one through WE BUY CARS MIDSTREAM.

WE BUY CARS sent the car in for a service and road worthy test before I took the car, which WE BUY CARS said the car came back serviced and approved.

NOT EVEN A WEEK LATER, the car started faulting horribly. The car sounds like it is about to literally fall apart at any second!!!

WE BUY CARS instructed me to take the car to the main dealer who makes these cars. The dealer quoted a replacement of gearbox, gearshaft, batteries, valves, power steering, etc for a total of R201k. Only R26k less than what I had originally paid for the car!

WE BUY CARS REFUSES to cancel the purchase of the car. WE BUY CARS has taken the car back and STILL REFUSES to cancel the purchase but instead wants to send it for more tests.... DESPITE CANCELLATION INSTRUCTIONS AND REQUESTS!!!

WE BUY CARS has a HORRIBLE reputation with the Ombudsman (even though WE BUY CARS say they have a good standing with the Ombudsman).

WE BUY CARS then instructs me that they are sending the car to another car dealer for inspection.... ONLY for me to find out THE ****. The car was sent back to the original service people, not the car manufacturing company as WE BUY CARS said they had booked it into.

Now stuck without a car and a huge fight on my hands for my money back!
