Do not buy cars from We buy cars

I bought a car in September 2021 from we buy cars Johannesburg South and the Dekra report said that only the spare wheel is smooth. The salesman said not to worry the gear of a diesel car is a bit stiff when taking it out of reverse. A few days after driving the car the gears started grinding so i phoned the salesman who said I must lodge a complaint online which I did. the complaints department directed me back to the salesman who gave me the number of an autospares guy. A month into the whole thing they finally managed to get me a booking at a service centre who quoted me close to R20k for fixing and fitting clutch kit. I complained again i mean i bought the car thinking that all is in order now i have to pay for fixing it and all the complaints department said was 'Sorry sir we do not cover wear and tear' really the car was sold to me like this. They are quick to take your money but the after service is **** and the complaints department totally useless as you have to follow up on them and beg for feedback. 'We buy cars, we're the best by far' Ja right the best by far in ripping people off.
