Do not buy any car from we buy cars

We purchased an B rated vehicle with a gold sticker and a clean DEKRA report from WeBuyCars Nelspruit branch. The Dekra report showed excellent engine and gearbox system. The salesman only told me about the door problem. In less than 24 hours of ownership, an engine warning sign popped up and the exhaust started emitting excessive white smoke. I contacted the branch to explain the problems I am experiencing with the car which were never explained to me (I would have considered the costs to fix the car before buying) they told me it’s none of their problem. I drove to the branch, I was sent from pillar to post and no one wanted to assist. I proposed selling the car back to them, the chief buyer told me there’s no way they are going to buy a ****ed up car (which I bought from them in less than a week). These people have no knowledge of Customer Care and after sales service. You are just another number. Think twice before dealing with them as a cash customer.
