DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM WE BUY CARS!

I am having the worse experience with we buy cars and will never set foot there again. I purchased a vehicle in December 2023 under my business at we buy cars Springfield, Durban. The car looked very neat, a week after picking up the car a water pump broke, we fixed that. (I should have known to take it back immediately because the hell I have been through I do not wish it on anyone). The vehicle was to be used in my business as we were expanding. A month after having the car it started smoking excessively from the exhaust, we then took it in for repairs as it was under warranty. The vehicle was at the repair centre for 2 months, I have lost so much of business, a vehicle that was suppose to help my business has caused damage to my business, my family had to be separated so my children could go to school, because we had no vehicle. The car came back from the repair centre even worse than before and cannot be used at all as the vehicle needs a new engine. There are no engines in South Africa for this car and Germany is no more making these engines, non of these issues that came up in this car were ever listed on the Dekra report. We Buy Cars Customer service is the worst they act like they care in the beginning then they go cold. I have been waiting for a response on a refund from them for so long, they are clearly stalling and they lack remorse. Please do not buy a vehicle from this company, if something is wrong with the vehicle and it cannot be repaired you will be living a nightmare. You are better off going to a proper car dealership. We buy cars sells junk they make the vehicle look pretty to entice you to buy.
