Do not buy a car at We Buy Cars

On 15 Nov'21 I bought a car cash at We Buy Cars, Brackenfell. The Dekra report indicated that the car has a alarm system, but when we got home, my daughter tested the car and noted no alarm or sound going off, we wrote an email to the sales guy Andrew and stated our case he advise he will speak to his Manager and get back to us, which never happened and we ended up driving to them, when we got there Andrew completely ignored us and another sales guy had to take us to him after 5 guys tried to get hold of him, when we explained our concerned he informed us it's too late now and we would have to log a complain, no sorry, no nothing, we ended up at the Sales Manager office where he asked Andrew to take the vehicle to Dekra as they are on the premises...Dekra advised us infront of the salesman and the Sales Manager that they just look at the key to see if it has a mobilizer and then write it has an alarm, I indicated to them that the Dekrs report is then a false declaration, and was told its out of their hands and we would have to follow procedure and log a complaint. Lillian from head office got back to my daughter and asked what is it that she would like them to do, which my daughter rep**** " she would like the alarm system which was stated on the Dekra report to be placed into her car. Lillian advised her she will get back to her. No communication was then received after that and my daughter had to call her again, which she respond by saying they cannot install the alarm system, if we not happy we should bring back the car and chose another one, who does that?...what a total disgrace...these people know for a fact you have registered the car, installed car track, they lack customer service, no integrity, what happened to the principle it's out by the door....ok we got your money so shut up and move on...I will definitely not refer anyone to this company as they have no sense of pride in what they do...they are *********
