Very bad service... Customer service is no help at all... Bought a faulty Navy Blue Renault Duster 2016 model with 110 000km on the clock. After a quote to get the car fixed came to R123K they suggested we cancel the deal. After the deal was cancelled I waited almost 2 months for my deposit to be paid back, and the vehicle is still registered on my name, blocking me from taking out a new license on my new car. Since they paid back the deposit, I have gotten no feedback regarding the registration of the vehicle. If WBC does not respond within 3 days I will report the vehicle as ****** to get it deregistered. If you are thinking of buying a vehicle from them, don't!!!! They are the biggest ****mers in south africa. They even ****d the Dekra report, an I see that the car is being advertised again, with the same platinum rating... Please be careful you WILL lose if you support WBC!!!!
