Fantastic sales... aaaaand then they wipe their hands clean of any issues that arrise following that. Aftersales is less than a 1 star. Bought a car in Dec 2022. Broken down twice and the car has been in a workshop for 80% of the time since purchase date. Non-responsive customer service. NEVER AGAIN.

24 May 2023, 06:27Following my previous review, I’d still not go out my way to buy anything from We Buy Cars however… when we eventually did get hold of some top management, they went out of their way to ensure our issues got sorted. Helps to speak to the right people.
