Do no use them or pay retaining deposit!

We paid a reservation fee of R5000 in store at the Riverhorse vally branch on 29 August 2023 . However the sale did not happen. We have been requesting a refund since the 29th Aug. . We were told that it would take up to 72hours. To date no refund. Customer care service not helpful at all. The reason for non refund the first time was because they could not use the bank confirmation letter we sent in.We then queried what is required .We were told a bank statement.I do not see why the bank letter confirmation was not good enough at the end of the day this was not their money but mine.We supp**** the bankstatement even although my wife was against sending this in due to the personal information act.Which they so closely stuck to when we queried stuff anout the vehicle. Today I was called only because i sent in a message asking where is my money and they tell me they need proof it was paid...i mean ***.....Do not.i say again do not be blind sighted by these people who give you the run about about your own money and paying it back.I will never purchase or refer any friends and family that owns businesses to purchase from these people who so called themselves a business.not helpful at all!
