Do a job myself for a service I've paid for

I bought a car at We Buy Cars Dome branch. I've paid R3304 for the vehicle delivery and R2200 for licence and registration. I collected the vehicle myself, it was not delivered to me. The vehicle was not even ready when I fetched it because they were charging the battery just to get me out. I had to buy a new battery as well. I didn't receive a licensed and registered vehicle from them. I only received an email and a document I had to go and print. It was up to me to do everything for a service I've already paid for. I demand all the money I have payed for that service and didn't receive. It's more than three months now and with various emails I only get promises and the middle finger.
