Dissatisfied Service from Webuycars

Hi. I have had such a terrible experience with Webuycars. Paid for it and it didn't last a week before it broke down. I have canceled the finance over a month ago and I am still waiting for my deposit. It costed me around R10 000.00 just to go to Jhb. All costs included with my deposit paid, my insurance as well as a month installment. These guy's just keep giving me stories. Is there someone else that had this experience. I also took out a warranty for the car and Webuycars are using the warranty to repair the car. No consent was given by me nor did Webuycars ask me if it was OK to use the warranty that I had purchased. The fuel pump packed up, the gearbox has problems. The faults on this vehicle were not declared on their so called Dekra report / inspection. I had diagnostic done on the vehicle and it has Intermittent faults that were only canceled and it was put on the floor for SALE. The car looks beautiful but has its hidden faults. If you purchase any vehicle from Webuycars and it has faulty equipment then you must use the warranty that you purchased for repair and replacement for your vehicle. I am disappointed in their service. 1 month ago I canceled the finance for the vehicle and they still have not yet paid me back on money owing to me. I got in touch with my attorney via clientele to take this matter further. Very heartbroken. I would Never advise anyone to deal with Webuycars...
