Dissatisfied s**** car

I purchased a 2010 Merc c220 on the 11th March 2026 from Springfield branch-Dale,Derka report showed only tyres and left side ball joint to be replaced. During that week the engine light came on i parked the car off.i took the car for a service on the 23rd March 2026 to and RMI mechanic..he picked up several oil leak and sealant used to patch parts up and loss of power. I called the sale rep he said log a complaint online.i did so with the mechanic report and all pictures the car has since been parked off.i asked for a refund as it was a cash deal.the lady by the name Yvonne refuses to respond to my emails and calls.All I want is my money back and to take their s**** back. I even logged a complaint with thr ombudsman. As I am left carless and inconvenienced.
