Dissatisfied customer
I purchased a vehicle from we buy cars in Dec 2021. In March 2022 the battery gave in. I was told its wear & tear, so I bought a new battery. Now in Oct 2022, 6000 kilometers later & 10 months after buying the car the clutch gives in and I'm basically being told sorry too bad you deal with it. Dont get me wrong, I completely understand wear & tear, it has to happen but having a second fault with the car in less than a year is totally unacceptable. I would take responsibility after having driven the car for over a year with more then 10 000 kilometers. my previous car I drove for 8 years and had to upgrade some things over the years, so I completely get the wear & tear part, this is ridiculous. Had I done proper research I most probably would not have purchased the vehicle from them
Its just so sad that I'm being told about wear & tear 10 months after purchase. That simply means that the checks the car went through was either not done or not everything was checked.
This is very disappointing and because the purchase went smooth, I recommended you to 3 of my close friends however after 2 unsatisfactory experiences I will advise them to look elsewhere.

I reached out to the salesman and the lady who assisted with the paperwork for some information I need but still nothing. I suppose this is how they work. The previous response said " This matter has been investigated and feedback has been provided to you accordingly via email. " however I'm still waiting. I will be updating this weekly with or without response from webuycars. This is such an inconvenience because I'm sitting with a faulty vehicle that I cant use and I need to travel to work.
Please forward me the following, I need to take this matter further.
