Dissatisfaction with We Buy Cars services

I have the worst experience with them. Bought 2 cars for cash and one on finance and was never given the documents of the cars and made to pay Admin fees in which they opted to doing the change of ownership and now it's almost a week and am told I should wait for 21 days. I need to put 2 of my cash cars in Uber and if I did everything for myself it would have taken me only 2 days if not 3 and that's also registering with Uber. Now am stuck with cars and need to go to Uganda for almost a month that means I won't be making money at all whilst am away. No one seems bothered or even worried and at least shaken. I regret buying the cars from them - DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM (WebuyCars).
