Dissapointing service

I purchased my vehicle in December at the Dome and the sales person lost my car key so I got my vehicle and was told they would replace my key. I kept following up and being changed from one person to the other and there was always stories, till I was told to get a quote for a key myself as that would make things move quicker which I ended up doing and still I haven't received my key. I'm so fed up with the constant we're waiting for approval stories and having to chase for feedback. Such an annoying experience honestly I don't understand how it takes so long just to get new keys. Don't even get me started on the fact that upon buying my car I was told my battery is brand new but didn't even last 3 months. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
