Dissapointed with the amount of hoops we need to jump through to fix a simple problem

We bought a Fiat 500 in April from their Midstream branch. The only issue was the boot not opening. They promptly outsourced the job to get it fixed which we were charged for. But two months later the boot problem returned. We are based in Durban so bringing the car back to the workshop in Joburg isnt a feasible option for us. We ended up taking the car into a Fiat agent who spent 3 days trying to find the problem. They called me to say that they need to replace some module in the roof thats some how connected to the boot and all of this is going to cost +- R12,000. We are obviously outraged that this is the situation we are in and to make matters worse, WeBuyCars advised us to bring the car back to Joburg when I am sure there are more efficient ways of getting this fixed. Surely their branches have networks of repair centers around the country that could make it easier on their customers. We now have to jump through hoops to get this simple issue fixed. Needless to say, we're very dissapointed in how this is being handled on all fronts.
