Dispute not resolved.
It has been a month now webuycars hasn't not responded to our dispute on Thursday the 18th of January 2024 we requested a cancelation and now it has been 6days webuycars hasn't not responded to us . I think it about time to approach the ombudsman since our case is not taken seriously by WeBuyCars.

08 Feb 2024, 14:26Thank you. The matter was referred to the MIOSA on the 24th of January 2024 and the correspondence was sent to the relevant parties to the respond regarding my case therefore the matter hasn't been closed .
