Dishonesty

Not to be trusted. Bought a car cash all to find out the dekra report was not truthful. He never used the car besides picking it up then taking it for service, it jerks and loses power and upon diagnoses it was discovered the clutch heats up and the dekra report said the clutch was in very good condition. Even the gearbox stated it might need repairs in the near future, not before I use the car yet they are refusing to replace or repair the car. Worse their customer care agents are so rude, they drop the call on you or respond rudely or management is in a meeting whole day and there's nobody to assist you. Worst decision of my life was trusting we buy cars
