Dishonest Webuycars
When Webuycars sold the car to me, the salesman promised to courier the document in 21 days.
Now, too many stories 1. The salesman told me, the Courier company refused to do so , because the distance more than 30km. It's not true, the Google map shows only 18km.
2. Your salesman did not tell us this, he claimed he not aware of this condition. Is he not your company employees ? No training to your employees ?
3. The documents should be delivered to us in 21 days. However not one contact me about it even the document already at your branch. We had to chase for it.
What kind company is? Does it have any honors ?
The media already reported some bad images of Webuycars, I didn't expect it happened so often

14 Feb 2025, 21:00The National Consumer Commission (NCC) has so far received and considered 46 complaints in its 2024/25 financial year – April to December 2024 – against WeBuyCars, the JSE-listed used vehicle buyer and seller.
NCC spokesperson Phetho Ntaba confirmed to Moneyweb that these consumers made various allegations about WeBuyCars, mainly alleging that it had supp**** them with defective vehicles.
