Dishonest, unprofessional and disgusting service
Dishonest, unprofessional and disgusting service. Quick to take your money and pay registration fees based on incorrect information. They will not give me my REFUNDABLE deposit and it is almost 3 months due to an unsuccessful sale due to the dishonest feedback by a Sales Person at the Midstream branch. They won't even respond to my legal representative. What bullies!!!

05 Oct 2022, 11:37Thank you very much, I really appreciate your prompt response and hope to receive my deposit (R5000) as soon as humanly possible - please note that I have all correspondence and voice notes from the sales person as proof to provide to you should you need this. The reason for the deposit being withheld from me is due to the fact that they see the BID as a successful transaction because I won the BID for the vehicle, but thereafter was not able to supply all documentation to acquire the vehicle, o the basis and guidance from the sales person that I still register and apply on the basis that I had a contract to supply in the absence of a payslip (I was not employed at the time, only commencing my new job the following month) which in the end, did not suffice and I was no longer able to apply for the vehicle. Had this been explained to me correctly and clearly PRIOR to the registration for the BID, I would not have continued with the application, but I was encouraged that the documentation I did have available would be used for the processing of my application - once again, I have the actual Voicenote from the salesperson assuring me this. As there was no response to the legal communication sent through to WBC, I have now been legally advised to take this up with MIOSA due to dishonesty and ********* behavior from WBC. In actual fact the price of the vehicle was decreased the following week, utilizing MY deposit. I would appreciate that you assist with the resolution of this and thank you in advance.

30 Jun 2024, 07:38Good Day We Buy Cars, it is almost 2 years later and this has not been resolved... When can I expect this refund? Once again, I can confirm that I have all relative proof available that I was given dishonest information and that I was bul**** into putting money down for a vehicle I ended up NOT purchasing due to my application not being successful due to the incorrect feedback from the sales person I'm happy to give his name.
