Dishonest seller

Bought Polo 2018 Trendline, didn't receive any papers, only invoice. Now I am going there and coming back, wasting petrol to fix all this. As a novice buyer, they were supposed to alert me of everything... At first the agent said it is the bank that is supposed to give me the papers, when I call the bank they tell me it is the garage that has to give me...

Also, I just found the car was involved in an accident, but they did not disclose that... This shows that most of the things they had told me were not honest.
