Dishonest false advertising

Last year we bought a car from we buy cars and were very happy then we went yesterday to the Durban branch because we wanted to buy another car and now all of a sudden there are all these compulsory added costs that are between 15 - 20k over the price advertised for the car which is false advertising. Why not just he honest with your customers upfront and put the full price up of the car instead making us waste our time. This didn't happen with the car we bought last year so I don't know what has changed but we will no longer be buying our cars from we buy cars. I am taking my business else where
