Disheartened 1st time buyer!

I recently bought a car from the WebuyCars branch in Brackenfell. I currently reside in Johannesburg. I was informed that the car would be moved as soon as all the paperwork had been completed. I completed everything as of the 8th of April. I was told that it would possibly take 8 days for the car to be transported. Great, I thought I would be kept in the loop about the transportation of motor vehicle and even the tracking of the location. Best believe if I do not contact them they do not say anything to me. It is the 19th of April today and I still have not heard anything with regards to the location of my car. The customer service lady said that it is still in Cape Town and that was on the 18th of April. Was I ****med or what is going on ? Why is no one commutating thoroughly through to me.
