Disgusting service!!!Pathetic, arrogant & rude.

Good day, I'd just like to advise those that are contemplating to visit "webuycars" in Durban - DON"T DO IT!!! The times I was there, the few guys interacted with had horrible attitudes ignored my requests for assistance and absolutely RUDE!! One guy actually told to look for someone else and ask someone else while he stood talking to a fellow co-worker! ***?! That was mind-boggling to say the least.

After telling a friend about my experience, he convinced me to try again and give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE. I requested an offer from them to buy my vehicle - they botched that up.

I went to view/test a vehicle on 14 Sept 19 - boy was I a fool. I left there livid and disgusted! If that is the kind of people dealing with clients then they need to close shop. Pathetic people and their disgusting rude attitudes. Requested a test drive, only to have some idiot get uptight, ignore me for a period of time. Left me standing there with no feedback about what was going on. Continued his "work" and only then, come back to attend to me.

Went on a test drive and the guy just sat on his phone. No concern or assistance about anything I asked about the vehicle. Just sat there. He actually ignored some of the questions/concerns - just sat there. I might as well have taken the vehicle out on my own. He made me feel like I was a problem. I was wasting his time and rushed me to just park the car.

I was so angry, I created this account just to leave this message!!! To the general public/consumer. rather go to a PROPER dealer.

So with that said, I will paint all of them with the same brush. For the people I've encountered don't know what "customer service" means nor grasp the concept of what it means to represent a brand.
