Disgusting Service We Buy Cars South

Purchased a vehicle from the Johannesburg South branch on 30 March 2024. Paid in full in cash. Was told they would contact me within 21 days to collect my Natis. 21 days later I contacted them. For 3 weeks I was given a run around by the sales agent Eric stating that the Natis people did not work on Friday, then they went home early, etc... Needless to say, I eventually contacted Head Office who confirmed my purchase was incorrectly documented as a financed deal and that is why I had not received the papers. They would correct it and I would receive my papers by Wednesday 8 May 2024, the latest. Did I get my papers, NO!!!!! Did they contact me???? NO!!!!!! So once again I had to phone them. Car still recorded as financed on their books, still no Natis. So once again I ahd to contact the salesman. To date, 6 weeks and NN NATIS???? I paid for the car in CASH, in full. I am beyond disgusted with their lack of service delivery, their incompetence at correcting their own errors and the inability to communicate with customers. It cost R5 500 to register the vehicle, paid in cash in full. Daylight *******. Disgusted with We Buy Cars South.
