Disgusting Service from Webuycars Silverlakes

Twice I have received disgusting service from WeBuyCars Silverlakes. First time when I tried to buy a car, the salesman was so slow in trying to get me the car from Midstream, that I almost lost the car. I had to drive directly to Midstream to get the car. Midstream WeBuyCars are way more professional and serious about pleasing clients.

I tried to get a valuation for a motorbike. Called them and the guy couldn't start it. I got someone to check the motorbike, they started it and even took it for a test drive and said it's an awesome motorbike. Called WeBuyCars again, the guy had no idea what he was doing. Couldn't start the motorbike and ended up breaking the pedal. The other guy told my dad he will send the valuation, he didn't say a word about his colleague breaking the pedal. Later on he messaged my dad and said they can't buy it because it won't start. They said nothing about breaking the pedal snd that they will fix it. When i asked the guy who will pay for it, he said it was already half broken. He said I can write a complaint. Wrote a complaint and still waiting for them to contact me.

Pathetic!! They don't even deserve 1 star..
