Disgusting service from Silverlakes

I'm not going to mention the salespeople that assisted us because they have actually gone out of their way to try and help us despite their managers being lazy and arrogant!

We bought a car about 3 weeks back and everything looked great, the first irritation was that they refused to finance the car on my name because of a judgement which after confirming with my bank was inaccurate, they still said they can't process the finance - so we had to do it on my wife's name whom isn't working, so the interest rate was a ridiculous 16% .. We needed a bigger family car, so we bit the bullet and took the offer.

First the engine lights came on, also the parking lots are on ... I mentioned to the salesperson, and they arranged a battery replacement for me.

After the battery replaced, we had the same issue except now the passenger windows wouldn't open! They fixed the windows, but the lights remained on, the mechanic literally just cleared the errors and said its fixed, before i could leave they came back on so the branch manager was like " ya you will have to take it to a registered mechanic to resolve it"

Took it to car service city and they found that the knock sensors have errors as well as some fuel injector error and electronic error. now the boot doesn't open, its stuck!!

It's now been a week of radio silence after logging a complaint on the website...

Now I ask you ... firstly, if I'm going to pay R6000 a month for a 2015 car I EXPECT the Dekra report to be accurate and the car to be mechanically sound!

Now I'm paying a fortune for not only a 9-year-old car but one that doesn't work the way it should! I want a refund, what you have done to us as a family is cripple us!!
