DISGUSTING SERVICE
I had a query since the 07/02/2026 to date this has NOT been resolved. I keep on getting whatsapp messages and then nothing further happens. I called last week thursday and was told that someone will return my call to date NOTHING. I have made 4 phones calls on the 17/02/2026 and the same thing was said to me from 08:00am the morning and right up to the end of the day nobody bothered to call me back instead I get another whatsapp saying I must provide requested information when this was already done.
this is absolutely pathetic service and i want this query resolved with immediate effect before i take this matter further
