disgusting service and delaying a refund

We Buy Cars The DOME took a R5,000 deposit from me on the 21 April. The car I wanted turned out to have been sold so I asked for a refund. The sales person Dean Gomes said he would attend to it and to date, has not comp****. Requests for proof of payment have been sent, my account validation sent, proof of ID sent. I will not send an entire pdf of my account history so stop being obstructive and refund my money.
