DISGUSTING SERVICE AND COMPANY

Hi all,

I bought a Mercedes benz e350 coupe from the We Buy Cars Riverhorse Valley branch and when the deal was getting finalized It was all perfect but the moment after the sale and we had our very first issue that is when we got to see the true colors of this company.

Straight to the point, Do your self a favor and do not support this company! You will be faced with only problems and a long waiting period to get the smallest of things fixed.

The complaints manager Cheryl is useless and does not help you, just expect to be left aside. The sales manager is none the better. SHAME ON YOU TWO

I have a opened complaint with them from January 2023 till now and we still did not get anything resolved.

Just wish I never did business with this branch!!!!
