Disgusting dealer
Disgusting despicable company. I bought a 2012 car with fsh from them, same day I collected the car it had mechanical issues and they have since refused to fix it. I reported it the morning after and they refused saying the car is fine. I took it for a second opinion VW confirmed and quoted me about R21k, RMI workshop confirmed and quoted R16k including labour to do repairs. The car was even missing a brake spring kit at the rear. Utter disgust, pathetic. I'm since forced to take legal action.

01 Jul 2019, 12:44I reported the car the morning after I collected it to the sales executive Fanie. From management it was then Franscois from Silverlakes who attended and responded refusing to repair not even one of the issues listed in the report, not even the missing brake spring from the rear wheel. I bought it at Silverlakes. I'm sorry I can't give the registration number here.
