Disgusting customer service

I am absolutely appalled by the service from this company. I bought a car on auction which showed a 'clean report' only to find that the central lock does not work, and there are mechanical issues adding to 9k+. YUL called me after I filled a complaint and requested quotes and etc and 2 weeks later no reply to my emails, whenever I call YUL is conveniently unavailable and no one is available to help except for the guy who is MIA.

This company is as good as the ***** dealerships in Joburg.
