Disgusting and disappointing service

I bought a car on auction on the 5th of December and when it was time to buy the car the sales consultant Mohammed told me the deposit I auctioned with doesn’t appear on their side I should make another R4000 transfer to collect the car and they will refund me within 48 hrs since the 6th of Dec to date I’m still waiting, when I called client care they said it shows that the money was used to buy the car, Mohammed is no longer answering my calls and WhatsApp messages, whenever I refer back to client services they keep me on hold or say they will call me back and never do, this was the 2nd time buying a car from we buy cars and it was the last, the Dome branch has a bunch of ****mers
