disgusting after sales service

Absolutely appauling after sales service. Purchased a vehicle on 14/8/2020 from Cape Town Branch (I live in PMB so drove down to collect the vehicle). Sent through all required paperwork before leaving pietermaritzburg. Arrived in Cape Town, test drove the vehicle, paid cash and was assured all the relevent documents would be sent to me. 8/10/2020 Vehicle license expired, still no vehcile registration and owndership paperwork received. Followed up WEEKLY with no response! 10/11/2020 Temp license received 8/12/2020 Temp license expired Vehicle had to go again for COR as this had expired - vehicle was taken 14/12/2020 4/1/2021 Phone Ford to extend the warranty and I cannot do this as I STILL don't have a logbook for the vehicle. To date: STILL no response from complaints department or sales team. Absolutely no after sales service. Webuycars - NEVER again!
