disgusted and dispointed

extremely disappointed with the level of service and losing a car i wanted due to, i believe inefficient staff. I saw a vehicle which i liked and got a pre approval from my bank to the value of the car.I sent through an enquiry and received a mail that someone would contact me.No one did.i contacted the call centre several times and was told that i cannot get hold of the branch and was given a reps number.I called this guy several times and his phone was off. i called again this morning at 8am and was told that operating hours are from 9am and a Daniel kirsten was my assigned rep.when i looked at the website the vehicle was still available.At 10h10am i called daniel and he told me he will get back to me.When i looked at the wbsite it said -SALE IN PROGRESS.Daniel didnt call me back .a lady called me to explain to me that the process about we buy cars that anyone can come in and purchase any car.I understand that,but a rep was assigned to me and before any transaction can take take place ,i should have had 1st preference. This is ridiculous and disgusting service.
