Went to WeBuyCars by the Dome on 10th January to purchase a Hilux I found to be a very good deal on WeBuyCars online. The Sales Rep, Donovan, said he couldn't generate invoice same time but would email same to me before End of Business. He went from accounts was being slow generating invoice to being unable to process same on Tuesday cos he was sick to deliberately sending me a a sales doc that was not applicable to a buyer like myself (buying as a company in SA) and to needing unnecessary documents from me which I promptly supp****. In fact, his actions were quite worrying that I repeatedly asked if the car was still reserved to which he answered yes. As of Friday, I sent an email noting that I will complain to his bosses about his deliberate sluggishness to conclude a deal that an average sales person could've completed on the very Monday I reported to its office, less than an hour after my email, I received an email from WeBuyCars that the car had been sold, only then it became clear he'd dragged the sales 'cos he must've preferred another buyer but couldn't get rid of me 'cos I was first to the deal. To think in modern day SA, we still have this sort of discriminatory behaviour sickens me. I don't expect anything will be done but I certainly will not be recommending WeBuyCars to anyone.
