Discontentment turned into contentment

<p> </p> <p>I bought a car at We Sell Cars in February 2017 with warranties in place , the car then broke down in April and the warranty people refused to pay as the problem was pre-existing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then approached We Sell Cars about this issue and never got their response in time. I Then decided to pay the repairs for myself as I needed the car urgently.</p> <p> </p> <p>When eventually WSC looked at the issue I raised , they asked for some time to assess they’ll get back to me with their response.</p> <p> </p> <p>It took WSC 3 days to resolve my problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>I big thank you to Marques Bosch for looking into the issue and resolving it for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lessons learned in dealing with WSC. WSC is a fair entity if you have legitimate concerns and when you raise them in time.</p> <p> </p> <p> I am definitely getting another car from there.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you WSC</p> <p> </p>
