Disappointment with the Service of Webuycars Vereeniging

Recently I wanted to buy a vechicle from the Vereeniging Branch.After paying the holding deposito, I contact the Branch.The Sales Excecutive told me he will phone me back, which never happened.I tried to make contact with the Branch via another Sales Excecutive from another Branch of Webuycars which also failed.I do not stay close to Vereeniging and could not visited the Branch in time.I lost the vechicle, which is really a big disappointment, I think if I had the assistance from the Branch it would not happened.
