Disappointment in webuycars

I want to complain about the service at webuycars. I am unemployed and saw a bakkie at webuycars and deposited R5000 on the bakkie, which was suitable for the business that I am doing. I signed papers and most of them were explained to. But the one to say that I will have to have the balance within 48 hours or otherwise my R5000 will be forfeited, was NOT explained to me. In actual fact, who in their right mind has R5000 to give away? I am unemployed. When you call them, they don't answer. They said they've phoned me but the number they showed was the wrong one. Now they don't want to give my money back. They want to keep the money so I can't buy a car or bakkie anywhere but from them. You or me doesn't have an option. If I didn't appear with the balance, why Not phone me after the 48hours? Please help or advise what could be done because when you phone, they don't answer.
