Disappointing webuycars

1 ) I bought a jetski which was advertised as wrong year model ,when the courier delivered it they (webuycars)forgot to send the accessories with and it was a wreck(after a huge struggle i got my money back) 2) I bought a car in December 2021,still havent received the papers and you can not get hold of anyone,they just put you on hold and after a couple of minutes the call is ended.Now i can not renew my other vehicles licence disks
