Disappointing service

<p>We would like to lay a complaint regarding our interaction with one of the buyers at 'We buy Cars'</p> <p> We registered my husband’s car on their website and François Van Rensburg scheduled a meeting with him. He first viewed the vehicle on the 28 January and offered an amount. My husband called him back the same day and advised he was happy with the amount offered. Francois advised that he was not available to process the paper work but scheduled a meeting for the following Monday, 30 January. He requested that my husband bring his log book. After viewing it for the second time on the 30 January , he advised he had some concerns and would get back to him by the end of that day but no communication was received. We have tried calling and messaging him since then to no avail.</p> <p>Surely, he should have taken the initiative to return our calls or messages and advise us even if he wasn’t interested. This is a very poor reflection of a company that advertises “ that its process is QUICK, SIMPLE and PAINLESS “</p> <p>I would appreciate a response or someone to follow up with my husband.</p> <p> </p>
